Well, today has been a good day.  It's been good to get past Nebraska, at least there are hills.  I am amazed by how many trees there are.  It's hard to even see anything off the road (like entire towns) because there are so many.  Unfortunately Keegan has not been feeling too well, but that has just made him really sleepy.  It is only seven and he is happily suggling his stuffed animals and in his pajamas.  I'm pretty sure this is a record-at least when we're not at home.  Our car has still been handling great and we could not imagine our trip going smoother.  We did get a chance to make a small stop in Vandalia Illinois and saw the old State house where Lincoln and Douglass debated as members of the state House of Representatives.  It was a pretty amazing old building, and we got to get a great picture of Keegan and Lincoln.  I just have to figure out how to transfer the picture to my memory card.
